Administrative Assistant
Amplify Strategies is searching for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting our marketing professionals.

Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support to the marketing team.
– Manage schedules, calendars, and appointments.
– Coordinate meetings and assist in the preparation of materials.
– Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications.
– Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
– Assist in organizing marketing events and campaigns.
– Maintain and organize office supplies and equipment.
– Collaborate with various departments to facilitate efficient workflows.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
– Strong organizational and time-management skills.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
– Familiarity with basic marketing concepts is a plus.

A graphic designer at Design at Work is an independently creative person with the ability to design print advertising, brand campaigns, brochures, email campaigns, logos, websites and more.
